This is a front-end, closure-focused role — not a coordination or support position. You will handle key relationshipsand close high-value bespoke projects under a Vertical Head.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership• Own an annual revenue target of ₹3.0 – 4.0 Cr• Build and manage a strong project pipeline• Drive projects from design stage through to PO and execution handover• Forecast accurately and close predictablyArchitect & Client Engagement• Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders• Participate in early-stage design and specification discussions• Translate design intent into executable, commercial proposalsProject Conversion & Coordination• Coordinate with internal design and production teams• Manage drawings, samples, approvals, and timelines• Ensure clear communication between client, designer, and internal teamsCommercial Discipline• Maintain pricing discipline• Escalate discounts and commercial exceptions appropriately• Balance client needs with business marginsWho Should Apply• 7–10 years of experience in project-led B2B sales• Strong exposure to architect- or designer-driven projects• Comfortable handling large ticket values and long sales cyclesRelevant Industry Background (any one required)• Decorative or architectural lighting• Luxury furniture or interior products• Premium building materials (tiles, facades, bath fittings, paints)• Bespoke interior or fit-out solutionsThis Role Is Not For• Dealer-only or channel-only sales roles• Retail showroom sales experience• FMCG / volume-driven sales backgrounds• Profiles uncomfortable with project complexity and long cycles
