Our products include DigiSign for digital signing, DigiDocs for automated documentation, DigiKYC for user identity verification, DigiCollect for recurring payment collections, and DigioLink for secure financial data fetch. All products are accessible via generated links, easy-to-integrate API/SDKs, or an enterprise dashboard. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Engineer - Fresher, located in Bengaluru. The Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer and technical support, resolving operating system-related problems, and delivering excellent customer service. They will address customer queries, assist with product-related issues, and ensure smooth operations of Digio's products.
