Job OpportunityThis position involves owning technology governance and risk management while supporting strategic program delivery.The role is 60% focused on maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management. The remaining 40% focuses on project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.The ideal candidate has experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments, preferably with strong documentation skills, and the ability to work across engineering, security, governance teams and collect data & inputs from business teams.Key Responsibilities:Maintain IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting.Support project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.Requirements:4–8 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain).Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation.Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQLKnowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access managementHands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelinesPast experience on using tools like Jira or similarPreferred Qualifications:Experience in fintech / SME lending / payments / digital banking / embedded financeFunctional knowledge of B2B marketplace or similar platformsExposure to Wave 2 update, Copilot Studio , Agent build & deployEducation:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertiseThis role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and advance your career in technology governance.
