UI/UX Developer Role This role involves developing user interface designs for our clients' applications and in-house products. Collaborate with business process subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements.Create wireframes, mockups, and UI elements using Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex.Design and develop responsive web applications that conform to multiple screen sizes and devices.Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and gather intelligence from target users.Use visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.Develop and deliver high-quality UI designs that meet WonderBotz standards and best practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex.Experience building responsive web applications that conform to multiple screen sizes and devices.Hands-on experience with usability testing and gathering intelligence from target users.Proficiency in visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts.At least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.Mastery of C#.NET and proficiency in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.Experience with jQuery, Client Object Model, Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles.Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds. Benefits Competitive salary and bonus determined by level and experience.Healthcare benefits.Relocation assistance.Generous vacation and holiday package. What We Look For In Candidates Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High Emotional IQ.Embracing challenges.Team-oriented rather than individual contributor.
