Job Overview:The position of Implementation Specialist is a key role in our organization. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit modules.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation process, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.Develop and implement customized workflows to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Conduct thorough testing to ensure system performance and accuracy, and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption.Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance overall efficiency.Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit.Strong project management and client communication skills, with the ability to gather and articulate client requirements.Technical expertise in customization, system integration, and workflow automations within ZOHO, including data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment workflows, and employee lifecycle management, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Demonstrated capacity to work independently and meet deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills and expertise in ZOHO implementation.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.Competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and bonuses.Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team.
