Location: Andheri East, Mumbai


Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft ERP Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within PeopleSoft applications. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable PeopleSoft solutions that align with business requirements and processes. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and optimize enterprise systems for maximum efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft ERP solutions based on client requirements.
  • Customize PeopleSoft modules (HR, Financials, etc.) to meet specific business processes.
  • Develop and enhance PeopleSoft integrations, reports, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within PeopleSoft applications.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and application support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and update PeopleSoft technical documentation, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on new features and functionalities.
  • Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and industry trends to apply best practices.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft ERP development, including module customization and application support.
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft development tools such as PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and Integration Broker.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on optimizing system performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database management in Oracle environments is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and ERP system integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience working with global clients and large-scale PeopleSoft implementations.
