Business Leader - Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive PlanningThis role combines administrative and technical leadership for the management of complex systems, including Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning.The Business Leader will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, optimizing consolidation and planning processes, managing integrations with Data Warehouse and ERP's, and driving automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.Adaptive Planning Responsibilities:Configure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes to meet business requirements.Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW to ensure seamless data exchange.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions to support business operations.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions to ensure data accuracy.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies to support business decision-making.Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with critical insights.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive to ensure a secure environment.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs to ensure smooth collaboration.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow to ensure timely completion.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences to improve data quality.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours to ensure successful implementation.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support to users to ensure adoption and satisfaction.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances to ensure timely and accurate financial results.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings to streamline financial processes.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs to increase productivity and efficiency.
