Senior Confectionery Production ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Confectionery Production Manager to lead our production team. As the senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of bonbons, truffles, enrobed chocolates, and dragees, ensuring that they meet our high quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in confectionery production, with experience in tempering, molding, enrobing, panning, and fillings. They will also possess excellent supervisory skills, able to train and manage a team of semi-skilled staff.In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory levels.Requirements:Culinary Arts, Confectionery Science, or Food Technology degree1-3 years experience in chocolate/pastry productionSupervisory experienceAs a key member of our team, the Senior Confectionery Production Manager will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating with our Research and Development department, and maintaining our chocolate equipment.
