Avensys is a global IT services company based in Singapore, offering enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence and managed services.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable systems. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a product-based company and a proven track record of delivering robust backend solutions.Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory.Required Skills & Qualifications:7–10 years of experience in backend software development.Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture and Kotlin.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Kotlin.Collaborate with product managers, architects and other developers to deliver high-quality software.Write clean, efficient and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability and reliability.Contribute to system architecture, design discussions and technical decision-making.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.**What We Offer**You will be remunerated with an excellent salary and entitled to attractive benefits.
