Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads within the B2B space, specifically for our QA testing services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of QA testing and the ability to engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients who require QA testing services. Utilize various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, target markets, and potential clients. Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine lead generation strategies.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our QA testing services. Engage with leads to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of lead generation strategies. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns. Develop engaging content and messaging to attract potential clients and generate interest in our QA testing services.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the B2B sector and within the QA testing or software industry. Experience in a sales or business development role with actively approaching clients for in-person meetings.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of QA testing services and the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with potential clients and engage in meaningful conversations. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Education: B. Tech/ bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
