Key Data Engineering PositionWe are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the development of our data infrastructure on AWS.This role is pivotal in creating a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform that supports analytics, reporting, and AI use cases across the organization.The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise and leadership abilities to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.A minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering with at least 3 years working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS).Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and other core AWS services.Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.Experience in designing and managing data models and data pipelines for large-scale data environments.Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data lakes, and modern data architecture.Leadership and mentoring experience in data engineering teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.What You Will Be Doing:Designing and developing a modern, cloud-native data warehouse on AWS.Leading a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.Why This Role Matters:This position plays a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making.How You Will Grow:As a Lead Data Engineer, you will have opportunities to develop your leadership and technical skills, as well as contribute to the evolution of our data strategy.
