Senior Data ProgrammerThe position of the Senior Data Programmer is to provide data programming support to various projects and clients across a range of therapeutic areas.This role will be responsible for manipulating large datasets, generating reports, and analyzing real-world healthcare data assets. Candidates must have advanced SAS and SQL programming skills and the ability to implement complex logic. They should be comfortable with creating complex analysis datasets from various data sources, taking care to identify outliers and errors. Prior experience building patient cohorts and evaluating patient healthcare events in large databases using epidemiological and statistical methods is highly desired.We are open to candidates with expertise in any therapeutic area. However, experience in rare diseases is a plus, but not emphasized. The team primarily supports real-world healthcare claims database experience, which includes EU databases equivalent to US MarketScan/Optum. OMOP-Common data model experience is also highly valued.
