We're dedicated to fostering a culture where employees feel empowered to learn and thrive.As a Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in our data-driven initiatives, working closely with the AI team to drive business growth through informed decision-making.Your key responsibilities will include:Implementing end-to-end GenAI-powered RAG & multi-agent systems to optimize business outcomesProviding expert guidance on system architecture and components to ensure seamless integrationDeveloping TTD system components: LLM Agents, LLM Agents setup & prompt engineering / prompting strategies, Routing, State management, Vector stores and more generally context providing, Rerankers, Validation and assessment rules to enhance model performanceYou will also be responsible for:Supporting project delivery: Running end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment), Analyzing and interpreting findings, Delivering high-quality technical solutions to stakeholders, Drawing conclusions and recommendations including expected benefitsWe're looking for someone who is passionate about:Understanding the theoretical foundations of deep learning concepts and their practical applicationsExperience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multimodal modelsExperience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deploymentFluency in Python and object-oriented programming, working knowledge of SQL and vector databasesSolid experience with GCP/VertexAI is a mustKnowledge of specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries like NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini/ClaudeA nice to have would be:Experience in working with DatabricksCommercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer VisionIn addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone with:Experience with microservice architecturesExperience with code repositories and code assistantsStrong business acumenAbility to come up with creative solutions to address customer problemsAbility to lead juniors in project teams],
