They are dedicated professionals who work closely with patients to provide personalized care and support throughout the process.Your Role:Complete pre-consultation paperwork and review patient files to ensure all necessary information is up-to-date.Begin consultations with patients, providing detailed counselling on their treatment options and creating personalized plans tailored to their specific needs.Perform IUI procedures and conduct sonography to monitor fetal development and detect any potential issues.Issue prescriptions for medications and investigation requisitions as needed.Conduct rounds with Assistant Doctors (RMO) and nursing staff in the morning and evening to ensure all patients receive timely attention and care.Verify patient consents for newly admitted patients and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.Handle operative procedures (OPU, ET, Hysteroscopy) - ensuring timely start and proper pre-op preparation.Assist or conduct OT procedures, record anaesthesia and OT notes, and give post-op orders to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care.Take post-operative rounds, counsel patient relatives, and ensure post-op orders are followed to promote quick recovery and minimize complications.Supervise software entries for post-operative findings by nursing and assistant staff, verifying accuracy and completeness.Approve discharges, verify documentation, and hand over files to HR to ensure smooth administrative processes.Respond promptly to emergency situations, seeking guidance from senior gynecologists when required to provide exceptional care and support.Participate in camps and outreach OPDs to increase awareness about reproductive health and promote access to quality healthcare services.Monitor and manage clinical staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
