Robotics Facilitator

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics Facilitator to lead robotics-based Project-Based Learning (PBL) sessions that inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving in learners. The facilitator will guide students in designing, building, and programming robots while integrating STEM concepts and real-world applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct engaging robotics-based PBL projects aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and Campus K's learning philosophy.Teach fundamental and advanced concepts in robotics, sensors, coding, and automation using platforms such as LEGO, Arduino, or similar kits.Guide students through the design, prototyping, testing, and iteration phases of their projects.Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and innovation through hands-on challenges.Integrate STEM and computational thinking principles into classroom activities.Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment, ensuring safety and availability.Assess learner progress through project reviews and reflective discussions.Collaborate with other facilitators to create interdisciplinary PBL experiences.Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to enhance robotics education.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience teaching or facilitating robotics, coding, or STEM projects.Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, and programming platforms (Arduino, Scratch, Python, etc.).Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.Passion for innovation, education, and learner-centered approaches.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person
