Corporate Legal Expert Freelance PositionWe seek a seasoned Corporate Legal Specialist to validate and improve our SaaS-based legal product.This is a remote, part-time freelance engagement suitable for working professionals or consultants.A key aspect of this role is reviewing and analyzing the product's workflows, forms, and compliance features.Validation involves examining the legal logic, contract structures, and domain-specific governing rules to ensure they align with industry standards.Another critical responsibility is identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks within the product.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Corporate Legal, preferably specializing in Manufacturing Legal, Healthcare Legal, or Real Estate Legal.To excel in this role, applicants should possess:At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal domain.Strong knowledge of one specialized legal category (Manufacturing / Healthcare / Real Estate).Excellent understanding of contracts, regulations, documentation, and compliance guidelines.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
