The Senior Agronomist will provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with teams to manage land, crops, and plantation health while enhancing productivity and sustainability. QualificationsExpertise in Soil Science and Agriculture practicesProficiency in Irrigation techniques and Plant Nutrition managementExperience in conducting Agricultural Research and field trialsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related fieldPrior experience in plantations, nurseries, or large-scale agricultural operations is an advantageAbility to oversee site operations and adapt to on-field challenges
