Job DescriptionTechnical Lead - Oracle HCM Cloud ImplementationAt our organization, we specialize in delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud implementation services and solutions to empower business efficiency. Our expert team of certified consultants guides organizations through every phase of their cloud HCM journey, from initial planning and customization to deployment and ongoing support.Our team is responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud, building integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, and developing fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs. We review code to ensure best practices across the delivery team and partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutions.Additionally, our team oversees deployments, testing cycles, and production support, while mentoring junior developers to help them become proficient in their roles.We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Required Skills and QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement technical strategies for Oracle HCM CloudBuild integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDevelop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIsReview code to ensure best practices across the delivery teamPartner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutionsOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportMentor junior developersQualifications:6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentStrong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDLExperience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a plusSolid understanding of REST and SOAP web servicesAbility to lead discussions with clients and hold the roomPrior experience guiding technical teams through global implementationsCertification is a bonus; real skills are a bigger advantageBenefitsJoin us as we continue to innovate and support enterprises in optimizing their processes and maximizing their potential through high-quality cloud solutions.OthersIf you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we want to talk.
