Job Title: Performance Media BuyerWe are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven performance media buyer to join our team.As a performance media buyer, you will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, scaling campaigns profitably, managing budgets, and consistently optimizing funnel performance.Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, Push/Pop, Native, Programmatic, etc.).Manage large budgets efficiently with focus on ROI and KPIs such as EPC, CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and placements.Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.Creative StrategyWork with internal designers or create your own ad concepts.Identify winning creatives and angles for sweepstakes, CPS offers, mVAS flows, and CPI funnels.Data & ReportingTrack performance metrics daily and provide actionable insights.Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and optimize for stronger conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of spending, ROI, and campaign results.Relationship & Offer ManagementCoordinate with affiliate managers, networks, advertisers, and traffic sources.Negotiate payouts, secure exclusive offers, and unlock higher caps.Evaluate new offers and traffic sources for profitability.RequirementsExperience & SkillsMinimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Sweepstakes, CPS, mVAS, CPI, etc.).Proven track record of generating profitable and scalable results.Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.Expertise with multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, Zeropark, Unity, IronSource, Outbrain/Taboola, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, AppsFlyer, etc.).Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.Experience with cloaking, tracking setups, prelanders, funnels, and traffic arbitrage is a big plus.Soft SkillsHighly proactive and result-driven mindset.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability.Preferred QualificationsExperience in tier-1 traffic and high-payout offers.Experience working with affiliate networks or advertisers.Knowledge of compliance, ad policies, and anti-fraud techniques.Understanding of mobile app funnels for CPI campaigns.BenefitsCompetitive salary + attractive performance bonuses.Opportunity to work with high-budget performance campaigns.Flexible working hours & remote work options.Growth-focused environment with access to premium tools and resources.Incentives for hitting performance milestones.
