Job Title: Portfolio ManagerDescription:We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple building-level projects simultaneously. As the key liaison between our clients and stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution from onboarding to data delivery.This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with international teams and clients to manage utility data connections, gather project-related information, and coordinate stakeholder communication.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Python or APIs is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate utility data collection across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects.Document all steps taken and deliverables in Salesforce and SharePoint.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a plus.Benefits:This is a remote position.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.No acquisition by recruiters, please.
