This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of digital transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery ManagementDevelop and execute project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules that align with industry best practices.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources through a structured change control process.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for client program leads, IT teams, and business stakeholders.Build strong executive relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and transparency.Conduct regular meetings, presenting progress, risks, and value metrics.Team Leadership & CollaborationLead cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Engineers, and Value Coaches.Coordinate between onshore and offshore resources to ensure seamless delivery.Provide direction, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery velocity across all workstreams.Financial & Contract ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, and billing milestones to ensure revenue recognition compliance.Track and report Professional Services utilization, profitability, and margin performance.Risk, Quality, and Value GovernanceIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
