ERP Developer Job DescriptionJob Summary:An ERP developer is required to work with our organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in SuiteScript, NetSuite software development and integration analysis.Key Responsibilities:Integration Analysis: The ERP developer will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and modifying the ERP application including coding, testing and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.Development: Ensures that your provided solutions can be completely integrated into the ERP system.Testing and Debugging: As an ERP Developer you are responsible for working with ERP applications on integration analysis, development, testing, debugging and fixing integrations between NetSuite and other external or third party systems.Design and Build: Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle. Design, build, test, and deploy Integration/Customization solutions to support the organization's ERP applications.Automation: Create custom integrations using Suite Cloud Platform, SuiteScript, Web Services and Rest APIs.Documentation: Provide any automation using workflows as per the requirements and create technical documents which capture the development standards for the NetSuite project.Coordination: Coordinate the feasibility study with the cost-effective technology and to come up with architecture details to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or limitation of the system.Project Management: Work well with all the stakeholders and end users, on an as needed basis to ensure that the design and code meet customer requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:SuiteScript Experience: At least 4 years of SuiteScript using and NetSuite software development experience.Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills.Leadership: Lead the technical discussions with clients and third party vendors.Independence: Ability to work independently.Business Acumen: Ability to handle complex business requirements and provide the solutioning.Mentorship: Ability to mentor junior resources when needed.Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Skills: Possess strong technical and analytical skills.
