About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Webinar Promotion Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and promotion of high-impact webinars. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance-driven marketing execution to maximize registrations and attendance.You will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning internal teams, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery of virtual events.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end webinar projects from concept to post-event reportingCreate and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social media, and paid channelsCoordinate with internal marketing, design, sales, and tech teams to ensure seamless executionBuild and manage event timelines, workflows, and project trackersDrive audience acquisition, registrations, and live attendance metricsManage webinar platforms, landing pages, and registration workflowsHandle speaker coordination, rehearsals, and event-day logisticsTrack campaign performance and optimize promotion strategies for higher ROIPrepare post-webinar analytics reports including attendance, engagement, and conversion metricsRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in webinar marketing, event management, digital marketing, or project managementProven experience in managing virtual events and promotionsStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, or similar toolsHands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn promotions, and marketing automation toolsStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindsetWhy Join UsOpportunity to lead high-impact digital events and brand visibility initiativesWork with cross-functional, high-performing teamsClear growth pathways and leadership opportunities
