Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of HR Generalist.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle, ensuring HR systems and processes run smoothly, and staying responsive to business and people needs.Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences by fostering open communication channels with employees throughout their tenure.Develop and implement engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and cultural events that promote a positive work environment.Answer all employee queries and provide timely support to ensure their needs are met.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR tools and automate routine tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in a secure and confidential manner.Implement internal policies related to company assets and data management, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.Support payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.RequirementsA minimum of 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist experience, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.Familiarity with HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance, with the ability to navigate complex regulations.Experience in executing engagement or culture programs, demonstrating creativity and initiative.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.High ownership, integrity, and learning mindset, with a commitment to ongoing growth and development.A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology; an MBA or HR certification is highly desirable.
