Senior Unreal Engine Props ArtistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Engine Props Artist to bring our game(s) to life. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D props and environmental assets optimized for mobile and multi-platform performance.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, texturing, and optimization, with expertise in Unreal Engine and related tools such as Blender/Maya and Substance Painter. They will also possess a deep understanding of PBR workflows, optimization, and modular design, as well as a strong artistic sense of scale, detail, and storytelling through props.Key Responsibilities:Model, texture, and optimize detailed 3D assets for real-time environments in hyper-realistic styleSet visual quality standardsBalance visual fidelity and performance, ensuring assets run smoothly on mobile devicesCollaborate with environment, lighting, and design teams to achieve a cohesive styleContribute to improving pipelines and asset workflowsRequirements:4+ years of experience as a 3D Props Artist in the gaming industry, with a focus on mobile environmentsExpert knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrushDeep understanding of PBR workflows, optimization, and modular designStrong artistic sense of scale, detail, and storytelling through propsExperience with realistic environmentsPrevious work on shipped mobile titlesNice to Have:Familiarity with procedural tools or photogrammetryAbout Us:We are a remote-first company looking for talented individuals to join our team.
