Job Overview:As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations. This involves validating end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes through Decision Integration Testing.Main Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and coordinate UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrationsConduct Decision Integration Testing to validate strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomesPerform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logicUse SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputsDevelop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test result documentation for all testing cyclesSupport go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of resultsRequirements:Strong programming skills in SAS – data extraction, manipulation, and validationProven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategiesHands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking toolsHigh proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reportingSolid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworksExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
