Job Title: Enterprise Dynamics ConsultantAbout the RoleThis is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Enterprise Dynamics Consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across all countries in the Claranet Group.You will work closely with business users to understand their requirements and match them with the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). Your role will involve providing support and guidance to business users, contributing towards solution design, creating functional and customization design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module and Project Management and Accounting (PMA) module, as well as develop your consultancy experience.Key ResponsibilitiesD365 F&O Implementation: Support the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group.Business User Support: Support business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities.Solution Design: Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and contribute towards solution design.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:D365 F&O Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module and PMA module.Consultancy Experience: Demonstrable consultancy experience.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with global colleagues.Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certification.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Flexible Working Hours: Opportunity to work flexible hours.Professional Development: Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative Environment: Collaborative and dynamic work environment.We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
