Product StrategistWe are looking for an experienced Product Strategist to drive the growth of our healthcare products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that meet the needs of our customers.Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone. We believe that by working together, we can achieve this vision and create a better future for our customers.Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.Collaborate with external partners to leverage synergies and integrate their offerings into our platform.Analyze data to inform product decisions and track performance.Present insights and recommendations to leadership for data-backed decision-making.Required SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or 6 years of overall experience with 2+ years in a technical role.Proven ability to conceptualize and manage products across their lifecycle, from ideation to execution.Experience with customer-facing tools, internal workflow solutions, and third-party integrations.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.Proficiency in using data visualization and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Tableau.Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technology stacks to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.About UsWe are a rapidly growing employee healthcare benefits platform that provides flexible and customized healthcare subscriptions for SMEs, start-ups, and enterprises.
