Job TitleWe are seeking an experienced Assurance professional to lead and oversee pre-audit planning and fieldwork. This includes reviewing client accounting and operating procedures.The ideal candidate will perform audit testing and planning to support the audit opinion, prepare work papers for complex areas, conduct internal control and substantive testing, and perform analytical reviews.They will also prepare financial statements and supporting documentation in compliance with auditing standards, research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues encountered during engagements, and draft audit reports for managerial review.Additionally, the successful candidate will assist Managers/Partners in conducting risk assessments and developing audit programs, build strong working relationships with clients, and participate in networking activities.RequirementsCA (ICAI) qualified with 3.5 years of statutory audit experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Finance.Experience in statutory audit within a public accounting or consulting firm is preferred.Ability to manage multiple audits and client engagements simultaneously.Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.Solid understanding of audit methodologies and data analysis techniques.Strong problem-solving and research skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.Client-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.Other InformationOur company values teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
