Solar Energy Consultant - Field Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Solar Energy Consultant to join our team. As a field sales representative, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into satisfied solar customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction:In this role, you will visit customer homes, conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads, educate customers about solar energy benefits and ROI calculations, and understand their electricity consumption patterns to suggest suitable solar solutions.Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. They should possess a customer-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel.Key Requirements:Education: Graduate (any discipline). Technical background is a plus.Experience:1–5 years in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales.Solar experience is not mandatory but an advantage.
