Senior AI/ML Systems Developer

Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and operating large-scale ML systems in production.Familiarity with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks is essential for success in this role.A strong coding background in Python, along with hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), is required.This position requires a solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces) and the ability to implement OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.A comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices is also necessary.Key Requirements:Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience)Proven track record of designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production environmentsHands-on experience with machine learning lifecycle management, including model deployment and testingStrong proficiency in programming languages such as PythonFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization toolsAble to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and reliable ML model deploymentBonus Points:Prior experience working with OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metricsFamiliarity with MCP integrations and custom prompt developmentAbout Us:We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and making a meaningful impact in the field of machine learning.
