Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Strategy and Architecture:

o Analyze and interpret business requirements to define technical solutions that align with client

objectives.

o Design and document scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture for web and mobile

o Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project

requirements, focusing on optimizing performance, security, and cost.


2. Project Management and Delivery:

o Break down complex project requirements into manageable tasks and develop detailed work

deadlines.

informed and confident in the project’s progress.

o Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and

delivering solutions that exceed their goals.


5. Technical Expertise and Innovation:

o Maintain deep expertise in full-stack development, with a focus on MEAN stack (MongoDB,

Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and/or LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).

o Demonstrate proficiency with version control systems, such as Git and Bitbucket, ensuring

code quality and consistency across projects.

o Understand and manage cloud server environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and possess

the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical complications.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing

innovative solutions to the team and clients.


6. Agile and Fast-Paced Environment:

o Proven experience working in agile environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

while adhering to tight deadlines.

o Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and technology stacks based

on client needs and market trends.


Qualifications:

 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and technical leadership roles.

 Proven experience building and managing cross-functional development teams in an agency or tech

services environment.

 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software

solutions.

 Experience in a startup, tech services, or digital services, marketing agency environment is highly

preferred.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
