Job Overview:

Auralis AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences, ensuring optimal usability and a visually appealing design. This is a remote, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces in alignment with Auralis AI’s brand and objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
  • Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with backend systems.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance Auralis AI’s user experience.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and front-end development skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
