Role: Product Solution Engineer Exp: 7+ YearsLocation: Gurugram (Hybrid)About the Role:The role focuses on extensive solutioning expertise, with Experience as Data Management SME/Engineer.Key Role and Responsibilities: Understanding Client RequirementsGathering business and technical needs.Mapping pain points and desired outcomes.Solution DesignConfiguring or customizing the product to fit client workflows.Creating integration plans (APIs, data flows, automation).Technical Validation Running Proof of Concepts (PoC), demos, and feasibility checks.Ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.Implementation & EnablementSupporting deployment, onboarding, and training.Collaborating with engineering and product teams for enhancements.Pre-Sales & Post-Sales SupportBuilding proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions.Driving adoption and continuous improvement. Must Haves:Candidates with 7-8 years or 10+ years’ experience.Experience in product development & solution designing.Strong problem-solvingThe candidate must have a background in Big Data technologies, specifically Spark and Hadoop.Experience with Oracle databases and SQL is essential.GCP experience is a plus, as is prior experience with Banking Compliance.The candidate should be capable of independently driving their responsibilities.Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Protection Regulations is an added advantage.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 7+ years of relevant experience.Key Skills:Product Development, Product Solution, Data Governance, Compliance, Big Data technologies
