About us, we are a digital-first advertising agency with fast growth in India.We're looking for a Graphic Designer to turn ideas into visual magic and craft brand experiences that create impact.The ideal candidate will lead creative design execution, work closely with cross-functional teams, and maintain brand consistency.Key responsibilities include:Leading creative design execution for branding, digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, web & printCollaborating with marketing strategists, UI/UX, video editors & growth teamsConverting abstract concepts/briefs into strong visual stories and campaign directionsMaintaining brand consistency and building design systems across projectsRequired skills include:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign (Figma knowledge is a plus)A strong portfolio with campaign-level thinking, not just standalone designsUnderstanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity & digital advertising principlesPreferred experience includes working in creative / digital agencies, designing for performance ads, reels, brand identity & campaign pitches, and team handling or mentoring experience.As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses and help shape the future of our company.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
