Senior Content Writer for FinanceWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Content Writer with expertise in finance to craft compelling, data-driven content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a highly skilled writer who can distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise language.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.Data Interpretation & Insight Writing: Analyze datasets, actuarial insights, and claim statistics to create data-backed explanations and guides that support content credibility.Ai-Assisted Writing + Humanisation: Utilize AI tools to generate drafts, outlines, or research summaries, and then refine and humanise the content to align with our brand voice and ensure accuracy.Content Strategy & Structuring: Create SEO-optimised content structures for insurance keywords, develop content templates, and maintain consistent formatting across all financial content.Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all content is compliant with IRDAI guidelines, factually validated, and meets our quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams, underwriting, claims, marketing, and analytics to produce high-quality content that meets business objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications:Core Expertise: Strong command over financial and insurance concepts, exceptional writing, editing, and structuring skills, ability to simplify complex jargon, and strong grasp of consumer psychology and readability.Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in insurance research, market benchmarking, and data interpretation, ability to convert data into comparative tables, matrices, and figures, understanding of SEO for financial content, and ability to break down regulatory updates clearly.AI + Content Operations: Familiarity with AI writing tools, ability to refine and humanise AI-generated drafts, and fast learner of internal content workflows and writing SOPs.Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, strong communication and briefing skills, ability to manage multiple content streams, structured thinking and problem-solving approach.Preferred Experience:3–5+ years in insurance, fintech, BFSI, wealth management, or related industries.Experience creating data-backed financial explainers.Familiarity with IRDAI guidelines and insurance documentation.Experience with content for web, social, performance marketing, and sales enablement.
