We are passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our growing team.Job OverviewAs an Instructional Designer at Bambinos.live, you will be responsible for developing engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive learning content for children. Your role will involve understanding learner needs, translating curriculum goals into compelling learning journeys, and collaborating with educators, subject matter experts, and content creators to ensure high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and structure curriculum and lesson plans for various courses.Create engaging learning materials including presentations, worksheets, activity guides, assessments, and scripts.Work closely with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Convert complex topics into child-friendly, interactive, and easy-to-understand modules.Use instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to plan and execute content development.Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives and brand guidelines.Continuously update and refine existing content based on feedback and learner engagement.Collaborate with multimedia teams to design visuals, animations, and interactive assets.Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards across all learning materials.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, English, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or content creation.Strong command of written and verbal English.Ability to understand child psychology and design age-appropriate content.Familiarity with instructional design frameworks and e-learning tools.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to break down concepts simply.Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.Good collaboration skills and openness to feedback.Preferred SkillsExperience designing content for K–8 or K–12 learners.Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, or similar tools.Exposure to online learning platforms or ed-tech companies.Ability to think visually and create storyboards.What We Offer100% Work-From-Home flexibility.Opportunity to shape innovative learning experiences for children worldwide.A collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
