Job Title:IT ServiceNow AdministratorOur organization seeks an IT ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the daily administration, security, and performance of the platform.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and ITSM operations. Strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support is essential.This position requires hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Maintain CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Manage domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows.Document configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.Requirements:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation expertise.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.Benefits:Dedicated Learning & Development Budget.Cutting-Edge Projects.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy.Remote-First Culture.Comprehensive Medical & Term Insurance.Work-From-Workweek (WWW).Local meetups.
