You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver scalable, AI-native solutions that meet client objectives and drive business outcomes.Solution LeadershipCreate and own the AI/GenAI solutioning strategy for the digital transformation portfolio:Define the approach for recruitment, training, agent assist, quality, analytics, workforce management, and customer engagement via voice and non-voice channels.Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.Leverage your expertise to support cross-functional teams in conceptualizing and delivering scalable, AI-native solutions aligned with client objectives and business outcomes.Orient the AI product and capability roadmap, identifying opportunities for modular, reusable assets that enhance speed-to-value.Evaluate the impact of all solutions on cost optimization, agent productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue enablement.Client Engagement & ConsultingAct as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders, articulating AI transformation opportunities and positioning differentiated value.Develop high-impact client presentations, workshops, and solution pitches with strong storytelling and business case justification.Commercial & Pricing StrategyDesign pricing models and commercial structures for AI/GenAI solutions (licensing, subscription, consumption-based, outcome-based).Collaborate with sales and finance teams to shape competitive yet profitable go-to-market strategies.Innovation & Emerging TechEvaluate and integrate emerging AI/GenAI capabilities (LLMs, agentic AI, voice AI, automation, knowledge mining) into the solution suite.Lead the build-partner decision framework, identifying when to develop proprietary IP versus integrating third-party innovations.Build partnerships with AI vendors, startups, and technology providers to enhance solution depth and speed to market.Foster creation of internal accelerators, frameworks, and IP that strengthen Everise's competitive differentiation.Transformation LeadershipCollaborate with operations, IT, and transformation teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of AI solutions.Drive measurable impact on cost optimization, agent productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue enablement.
