Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead and manage the automotive engineering services function, ensuring best practices in embedded software development, model-based design, AUTOSAR, ADAS, functional safety (ISO 26262), cybersecurity, and cloud-enabled automotive solutions.
  • Oversee the technical execution of turnkey projects and ODCs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Define and implement engineering governance frameworks, quality standards, and robust delivery models to ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance on architecture, system design, and software development methodologies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
