Business Development: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and industry leaders. Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth, set sales targets, and develop customer acquisition strategies. Product Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to guide product development and enhance existing product lines based on market needs. Operational Excellence: Work with operational teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure scalability of the business. Brand Positioning: Lead branding and marketing initiatives to establish the company as a leader in the market. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment of growth initiatives with budgetary goals.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, Consulting, Entrepreneurial or strategic growth roles, preferably in the energy storage or EV sector. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically while executing operationally. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
