Job Overview:The primary function of this role is to oversee cybersecurity operations, ensuring seamless delivery and excellence in service. This position requires a strong understanding of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.Lead daily cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains, guaranteeing smooth delivery and adherence to contractual terms.Collaborate with technology leads and teams across various security domains to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.Manage specialized tools and platforms, such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO, to maintain operational control and visibility.Conduct regular team meetings and align with customer expectations through performance dashboards and shift rosters.Drive service improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency enhancement to reduce manual effort and improve overall performance.Provide recommendations to customers based on best practices and operational insights, acting as a trusted advisor.Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines, adhering to governance standards.Analyze operational metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensure timely and accurate reporting, aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Key Responsibilities:Actively lead the delivery team by guiding them towards customer expectations, managing their availability and performance dashboards.Develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and reducing manual effort.Ensure that all deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon schedule and quality standards.Maintain open communication channels with the customer leadership, providing them with recommendations based on operational insights and best practices.Identify and address potential issues proactively, preventing service disruptions and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
