As part of our continuous growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer-Python with 5-7 years of extensive experience in backend development.


As a Python Django Developer, you will be part of our core team helping our clients build their

innovative products.


As a potential recruit:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a technical liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, facilitating communication and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. You take ownership of the product/service you are writing
  • You should be able to write clean, pragmatic, and testable code
  • Comfortable with basic Unix commands (+ Shell scripting)
  • Very Proficient in Git & GitHub
  • Have a GitHub & StackOverflow profile
  • Proficient in writing test-first code (a.k.a Writing testable code)
  • You have to stick to the timeline of the sprint


Skills: Python 3.5+, Django 2.0 or higher or Flask, ORM (Django-ORM, SQL Alchemy), Celery,

Redis/RabbitMQ, Elastic Search/Solr, Django Rest Framework, Graph QL, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy,

HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Object-Oriented Javascript, TypeScript, Linux OS, GIT, DevOps, Docker,

AWS.
