We require a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms and strong social media management skills. This position requires an individual who can handle the strategic planning and execution of paid ads, along with building and managing organic social media presence across key platforms. You will be adept at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through both paid and organic efforts. A maximum of 2 projects will be assigned at a time.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
Paid Ad Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
PPC Strategy: Develop and implement pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to generate high-quality traffic and conversions.
Audience Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific demographics and interests.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI while meeting key performance metrics.
A/B Testing: Conduct tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing ads.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) using Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and other tools.
Remarketing Campaigns: Design and implement remarketing campaigns to engage past website visitors and drive conversions.
Social Media Management:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and increase engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, posts, stories) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Social Media Calendar: Plan and maintain a social media content calendar that includes daily posts, special campaigns, and promotional activities.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow the brand’s online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions.
Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to promote brand visibility.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report social media KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, reach, etc.) and adjust strategies based on data.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
Brand Reputation Management: Monitor social media mentions and messages to ensure a positive brand image, responding to any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
