Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Absence, OTL Techno-Functional Consultant to fill this pivotal role.This consultant will play a crucial part in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management Cloud, aligning it with client-specific policies and statutory requirements. This includes setting up absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows.Configure and implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to ensure efficient time tracking, approval processes, and integration with other HR processes like Absence Management and Payroll.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Manage payroll-related data transfer between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Understand business stakeholders' requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.Perform system configurations for Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration, meeting business requirements and complying with statutory regulations.Oversee data migration activities for Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules, ensuring accurate historical data transfer.Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other tools as required.Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve technical or functional issues.Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.Provide clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Ensure post-implementation support for Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll systems.Work with teams to optimize processes and improve system performance.Comply with regional laws, industry standards, and company policies regarding Absence, OTL, and Payroll configurations.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
