Job Title: SAP Global Master Data ConsultantThis role involves providing critical support to a team of Lead Global Master Data Consultants as they prepare data for conversion and migration, and design and test several master data governance systems for ongoing data management.Main Responsibilities:Data Preparation for Conversion / Migration: Ensure accurate and efficient data preparation for seamless conversion and migration processes.Master Data Cleansing and Coordination: Collaborate with multiple functional teams to cleanse and standardize master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization.Data Standardization, Harmonization, and Requirements Localization: Develop and implement data standardization, harmonization, and localization strategies to meet business requirements.SAP S4 Master Data Value Mapping, Data Construction: Design and implement effective value mapping and data construction strategies using SAP S4 Master Data capabilities.Coordination of Cross-Workstream Data Element Requirements, Design, and Value Mapping: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and map data elements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.Test Data Creation, Data Validation, Bug Investigation, and Solutioning, Change Management and Training: Create high-quality test data, validate data integrity, investigate and resolve bugs, and provide training and change management support to ensure smooth system implementation.Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) and Profisee: Implement and maintain effective master data governance practices using SAP MDG and Profisee, ensuring data quality and compliance.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years' experience in master data management, preferably within a consumer products company.Strong understanding of master data and transactional data processes, architecture, hierarchies, relationships, and interdependencies.SAP MDG CRUD process/workflow functional design and testing experience.Technical experience with data governance tools is a plus.Operational experience in delivering master data standardization, cleansing, and harmonization.
