Senior Quality Assurance EngineerOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to undertake key responsibilities in the quality assurance department.Review requirements, specifications or design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Create comprehensive documentations, test plans and test cases that meet industry standards.Monitor system logs, debug errors using Datadog, Grafana across multiple environments, optimizing system performance.Perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions (end-to-end), including web-based applications, mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend, frontend and mobile apps development, driving automation efforts.Enhance and maintain automation test coverage to reduce manual effort during day-to-day quality engineering, increasing productivity.Identify edge cases and ensure software robustness before production deployment, guaranteeing high-quality releases.Support and manage UAT, Sanity, Regression activities in multiple environments, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.Work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to ensure quality/stability of software releases, meeting business needs.Research new technologies and market trends to propose innovative solutions, features or recommendations to improve the software solution, driving growth.Design and implement E2E automation scripts that validate order lifecycle and data integrity across integrated third-party systems, ensuring seamless integration.Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Head/Managers, aligning with employee's position, skills and capabilities.The Employee may be required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned in line with the employee's position, skills, and capabilities, promoting adaptability and growth within the role.
