Your days will be filled with singing in the treehouse, joining tea parties, and sparking imagination as you nurture and inspire the youngest minds.

Responsibilities:
- Support the professional management and operation of the Kindergarten for 1-6 year olds
- Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and Kindergarten management
- Full-time position with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch
Key Skills We Seek:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Additional Needs
- Passion for the Early Childhood space and enjoyment of working with young children
- Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills
- Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach
- Strong interest or working knowledge in Early Childhood Learning
- Ability and willingness to adapt foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture
- Desire to be involved in building a Kindergarten from the ground up
- Dynamic, service-minded, and capable of working independently
