Role Title: Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor - Senior SRE Engineer
Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide hands-on software engineering and system architecture leadership for one of our Behavioral Health and Care Solutions Delivery teams. You will be working on several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhance our market winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions space.
- Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
- Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
- Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
- Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement
- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.
- Attend PIR ,M1/M2 calls and provide the Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement .
- Provide a support for network ,VM Ware ,Compute related infrastructure changes by engaging the stake holders and run the entire checkout process during the change window .

- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline
- Ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Ansible.
- Experience with building and deploying containers.
- Solid understanding of containerization and micro services architecture and ability to design simple systems that can work efficiently without needing much support.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Dynatrace
- Experience with Splunk queries for building dashboards

- 13-16 years of experience

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and\or after-hours

Location & Hours of Work:
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)
