Job Description:We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and be comfortable working in US time zones.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time rolesWork on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirementsSource, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesCoordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirementsConduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skillsManage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedbackNegotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelinesMaintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackersEnsure compliance with US hiring standards and documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications:2–6 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitmentStrong understanding of US hiring processes and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)Experience working with VMS/MSP is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work in US shiftsPreferred Skills:Experience with ATS toolsStrong negotiation and closure skillsPrior experience with US-based clients
